Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1W 7SQ, on Wednesday 27 February 2002, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of having laid before the Members an account, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
