Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Solomon Hare Business Rescue, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol, on 8 February 2002, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.30 am by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Joint Liquidators and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company during the preceding year.
