THE HARINGEY (DOCTOR PARKING PLACES) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (NO 1) (AMENDMENT NO 10) ORDER 2001

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the Council, on 13 December 2001, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to further amend the Haringey (Doctor Parking Places) (Special Parking Area) (No 1) Order 1994 so that vehicles not displaying the valid doctor parking permit would be prohibited from parking in the respective doctor parking bay located on Myddleton Road, London N22 and Crescent Rise, London N22. Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the Original Order of 1994. 3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 14 December 2001, of the above-mentioned Order of 1994 (and Orders which have previously amended that Order, where applicable), of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the locations and effects of the Order may be inspected during a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, during normal office working hours at: Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, London N8 9JJ. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
