The Secretary of State for Transport Local Government and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has decided not to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping-up of Gravel Lane, Wilmslow, referred to in the notice published on 10 January 2001, in the Wilmslow Express.
