THE BOROUGH OF STAFFORD (HOLMCROFT AND TILLINGTON, STAFFORD) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2001

Notice is hereby given that on 23 November 2001, the Council made the above Order under sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 2 January 2002, will be to impose a 20 mph speed limit on the roads specified in the Schedule to this notice.
A copy of the Order and map relating thereto are available for inspection in the Central Services Department, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, where they may be examined during normal office hours. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from 23 November 2001, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
