Notice is hereby given, that the Final General Meeting of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, on 2 January 2002, at 10.15 am, for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him or her. A form of proxy, for use at the Meeting if desired, is available. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of Ernst & Young, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
