Notice is hereby given that the Central Office of the Registry of Friendly Societies has cancelled the registration of Ilkeston Permanent Building Society (Register No 294B) which was dissolved by virtue of section 94(10) of the Building Societies Act 1986 following the transfer of its engagements to the Derbyshire Building Society (Register No 165B) on 16 November 2001. 19 November 2001.
