FLOWERS INTERNATIONAL (IMPORTERS) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Flowers International (Importers) Limited will be held at the offices of Andersen, 1 City Square, Leeds LS1 2AL, on 18 December 2001, at 12.00 noon, to be followed at 12.30 pm on the same day by a Meeting of Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, granting the release of the Joint Liquidators, I M Jacques and A J Katz, allowing the Liquidator to give any explanation that he may consider necessary, and authorising the Liquidators to destroy the books, records and papers of the Company, as permitted by statute. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
