NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT AND OF PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO A UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
CITY OF LONDON UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW—SECOND DEPOSIT

The local inquiry into this plan has been held and the report of the person holding the inquiry has been considered by the Common Council of the City of London (“the Common Council”). The Common Council propose to make modifications to this plan. A list of the proposed modofications (other than modifications which the Common Council are satisfied will not materially affect the content of the plan), with the Common Council’s reasons for proposing them, is available for inspection at: The Department of Planning and Transportation, Guildhall, PO Box 270, London EC2P 2EJ; on Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. The Common Council do not intend to accept all of the recommendations in the report. The recommendation which the Common Council does not intend to accept is available for inspection with the above documents. Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposed modifications and the intention not to modify the plan in accordance with one of the recommendations in the report should be sent in writing to the City Planning Officer, at the Department of Planning and Transportation, Corporation of London, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ before Friday 4 January 2002. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the plan. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections are received during the period given for making objections the Common Council intend to adopt the plan on the expiry of that period.
