NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO APPLY FOR AN ORDER AUTHORISING THE STOPPING-UP OF CAR PARK AREA, MOCKBEGGAR DRIVE, WALLASEY, WIRRAL
Notice is hereby given that the Wirral Borough Council as the Highway Authority for the highways described in the Schedule hereunder intends to apply to the Wirral Borough Magistrates’ Court, sitting at The Courthouse, Manor Road, Wallasey, Wirral on 17 December 2001 at 9.45 am for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, authorising the highway described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped up on the grounds that such highway is unnecessary. The highway to be stopped up is delineated and shown hatched black on the plans deposited at the Central Administration Office, Borough Solicitor and Secretary’s Department, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey and may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours. Any person who may be aggrieved by the making of the Order to be applied for may attend before the Court during the hearing of the application and shall have the right to be heard.
