At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at Lancaster House, 67 Newhall Street, BirminghamB3 1NG, on 18 October 2001, the following Resolution were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Anthony Taylor and Alistair Steven Wood of Mazars Neville Russell, Lancaster House, 67 Newhall Street, BirminghamB3 1NG be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw remuneration on a time cost basis.” R Groves, Chairman 18 October 2001.
