ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE A201 GLA ROAD (NEW KENT ROAD, SOUTHWARK) SIDE ROADS TRAFFIC ORDER 2001
1. Transport for London gives notice that on 5 September 2001 it made this Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of which will be to make permanent Red Route controls on the A201 GLA Side Roads in the London Borough of Southwark. 3. The roads affected by the Order are the side roads off New Kent Road. 4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: Transport for London, College House, Great Peter Street, London SW1P 3LN; and Southwark Borough Council, Chiltern House, Portland Street, London SE17 2ES. 5. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
