NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PUBLIC GAS TRANSPORTER LICENCE UNDER SECTION 7 OF THE GAS ACT 1986

E. S. Pipelines Ltd whose principal office is situated at Prospect Wells House, Outwood Lane, Chipstead, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 3NA hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Director General of Gas Supply for a Public Gas Transporter licence under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986 authorising it to: (a) convey gas through pipes to any premises in an area of the towns of Easington, Boulby, Staithes, Hinderwell, Port Mulgrave and Runswick Bay, TS13 (O/S Ref 472595 517794) further defined on a map available from E. S. Pipelines Ltd, Prospect Wells House, Outwood Lane, Chipstead, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 3NA; and (b) convey gas through pipes to any pipeline system operated by another public gas transporter which is designed to receive gas at an operating pressure not exceeding 7 bar gauge.
