Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtee Court EC4A 4HT, on 31 August 2001, at 10.30 am, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
