THE A487 TRUNK ROAD (PENGLAIS HILL, ABERYSTWYTH, CEREDIGION) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2001

Notice is hereby given that on 9 July 2001 the National Assembly for Wales made the above Order which will come into operation on 20 July 2001. The effect of the Order is as stated in notice 497 in The London Gazette No 55995 dated 12 October 2000. A copy of the Order, together with a plan, may be seen during normal office hours at the offices of Ceredigion County Council, The Town Hall, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. Copies of the aforementioned documentation can also be obtained from the National Assembly for Wales Transport Directorate, Roads Administration Division, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds: (a) that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; or (b) that his/her interests have been substantially prejudiced by a failure to comply with any of the requirements of that Act; that person may, within 6 weeks of 19 July 2001, appy to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein.
