THE CAMDEN (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 2001

Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general nature and effect of the (W&L) Order will be to: (i) Introduce “at any time” waiting restrictions on north and south sides of Greville Street either side of the junction with Hatton Garden. (ii) Introduce “at any time” waiting restrictions on the north and south sides of Nutley Terrace either side of the junction with Maresfield Gardens. (iii) Introduce “at any time” waiting restrictions on the east and west sides of Maresfield Gardens either side of the junction with Nutley Terrace. (iv) Introduce “at any time” waiting restrictions in that part of Netherhall Gardens either side of the two proposed raised carriageway (tables), south of the junction with Nutley Terrace. (v) Convert the existing single yellow line to “at any time” waiting restrictions in that part of Brecknock Road west side, from a point 30 metres south of the kerbline with Ospringe Road, southwards for 36 metres. (vi) Extend the existing motorcycle parking places in Greville Street and Kirby Street. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the locations and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Friday inclusive, at the Environment Department Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to object or make other representations to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and specify the grounds thereof and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Engineering and Traffic Service, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by 3 August 2001, within a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
