In accordance with Rule 4.106(1) of the Insolvency Rules of 1986, take notice that I, Freddy Khalastchi, of Harris Lipman, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London N20 0YZ, have been appointed Liquidator by the Creditors as of 12 June 2001. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, who have not submitted a proof of debt to the Official Receiver, are required, on or before 3 August 2001 to send in their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, Freddy Khalastchi, of Harris Lipman, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London N20 0YZ, Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator, either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
