Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, on 7th August 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidators and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company. Any persons entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor.
