CONSIGNIA PLC SCHEME IP1/2001
[This Note is not part of the Scheme] Note. The Scheme which follows this Note is made under section 89 of the Postal Services Act 2000 and amends the Successor Postal Services Company Inland Parcel Post Scheme 2001. The Scheme, which comes into force on 2nd July 2001 revises certain postal charges. CONSIGNIA PLC INLAND PARCEL POST (AMENDMENT NO. 1) SCHEME 2001 Made 18th June 2001 Coming into operation 2nd July 2001 Consignia plc(a) by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by section 89 of the Postal Services Act 2000 and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme: Commencement and citation 1. This Scheme shall come into operation on 2nd July 2001 and may be cited as the Consignia plc Inland Parcel Post (Amendment No. 1) Scheme 2001. 2. This Scheme shall be read as one with the Successor Postal Services Company Inland Parcel Post Scheme 2001(b) (hereinafter called “the Scheme”).
