In the Oldham County Court  No. 14 of 1998 GEORGE HENRY STOBA Formerly in Bankruptcy Notice is hereby given, pursuant to secton 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above Debtor will be held at Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JL, on 6th July 2001, at 12.30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Trustee’s Report on the administration of the Debtor’s Estate and determining whether the Trustee should have his release under section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
