NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of G.T.M. Limited (No. 1913235) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 15th September 1998, pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any), in the premises demised by a lease dated 28th February 1989 and made between I T Brown and F Brown (1) and G.T.M.Limited (2) situated at 109 Rochester Road, Denton, Gravesend, Kent, as the same is registered at The Tunbridge Wells District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number K667411, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 6th May 2001.
