Final Meetings

ALBARAKA INTERNATONAL LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Albaraka International Limited, will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Melton Street, London N.W.1, on 22nd June 2001, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the office of Grant Thornton, Melton Street, London N.W.1, by no later than 12 noon, on 21st June 2001. I. Jacob, Liquidator 18th May 2001.
