THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 30) ORDER 2001

Notice is hereby given that, on 27th April 2001, the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The Order comes into operation on 7th May 2001 and its general effect will be as described in the notice of proposals published on 30th March 2001. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Order was made, a copy of the Order and a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected, during normal office hours, in the Traffic and Road Safety Group, Environment Department, Town Hall, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained within on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements have not been complied with may, within 6 weeks of the Order being made, make application for the purpose to the high courts.
