At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at Regents Park House, Regent Street, Leeds LS2 7QJ, on 20th April 2001, at 10.45 a.m., the following Resolutions were passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Colin Anthony Sefton, of Capital Insolvency Services, Regents Park House, Regent Street, Leeds LS2 7QJ, be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.” P.
