At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 8 Ifield Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7YY, on 4th April 2001, at 5.45 p.m., the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members Voluntary Liquidation, and that Geoffrey Carton-Kelly and Louise Brittain, of Baker Tilly, 12 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AD, be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.” J.
