Resolutions for Winding-up

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened and held at 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn, BB1 8AF, on 2nd April 2001 at 10.30 a.m., the following Extraordinary Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were passed: “That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Malcolm Titley of Downham Train Epstein, 24 Wellington Street, St. Johns, Blackburn, BB1 8AF, be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
