At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 141 Great Charles Street, Birmingham B3 3LG, on 29th March 2001, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that M.
