Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, will be held at 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, on 4th May 2001, at 1 p.m., followed at 1.30 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors. The purpose of this Meeting is to have an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
