Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Newland Mallett Garner Woodbury & Co., Crown House, 37-41 Prince Street, Bristol BS1 4PS on 4th May 2001, at 3 p.m. for the purpose of considering how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Crown House, 37-41 Prince Street, Bristol BS1 4PS, no later than 12 noon on the preceding day. N. G.
