Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Partnership will be held at 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, on 4th May 2001, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Partnership has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release pursuant to section 174 of the Act. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Partnership. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, not later than 4 p.m. on the business day preceding the Meeting. P. R.
