At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Hornbeam, Lime Walk, Pinkneys Green, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 6QB, on 27th March 2001, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: ‘‘That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Phillip Anthony Roberts, of 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1T 6ET, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.’’ F.
