Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 138 Park Lane, Romford, Essex RM11 1BE, on 30th March 2001, at 3 p.m., for the purposes of having laid before it an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and that the remuneration of the Liquidator be approved.
