At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Unit 7 Brick Street, Cleckheaton, Bradford BD19 5EH, on Thursday, 15th February 2001, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Frank Fortune, of Howath Clark Whitehall, Pelican House, 10 Currer Street, Bradford BD1 5BA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide among the Members in specie all or any part of the Company’s assets.” K.
