The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 1378 of The London Gazette dated 2nd February 2001:

FUTURISTIC LIMITED

A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 94(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of. The Meeting will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 8th March 2001, at 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 7th March 2001 to entitle you to vote at the Meeting.
