THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 25) ORDER 2001
ST. LUKE’S MEWS—INTRODUCTION OF “AT ANY TIME” WAITING RESTRICTIONS
Notice is hereby given that, on 9th February 2001, the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea made the above Order, the general effect of which will be to introduce a length of “At Any Time” waiting restrictions in part of St. Luke’s Mews in order to prevent obstructive parking. The restrictions will be introduced on the northern side of the eastern arm of St. Luke’s Mews, from All Saint’s Road for a distance of 18 metres. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 26th February 2001, and all other relevant documents can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Order was made, in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Directorate of Transportation and Highways on 020-7361 2519. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
