RACK SYSTEMS (UK) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Rack Systems (UK) Limited will be held at the offices of Sargent & Co., 36 Clare Road, Halifax HX1 2HX, on 1st March 2001, at 3 p.m. and 3.15 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Sargent & Co., 36 Clare Road, Halifax HX1 2HX, not later than 12 noon on the day preceding the Meeting. P.
