Notice is hereby given that the Birmingham City Council propose to make the above Orders under sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be as follows: To revise the “On-Street” Pay and Display parking charges to the following rates.

To vary the existing Traffic Regulation Orders insofar as they conflict with the proposals. Full details of the proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with a map and statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, may be examined at the offices of the Director of Transportation, 1 Lancaster Circus Queensway, Birmingham, during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the undersigned stating the grounds for objecting by 15th February 2001. D.
