Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BBK Chartered Accountants, 311 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London N.12, on Wednesday, 28th February 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
