NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Parabadu Legals Limited (No. 3542674) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 15th February 2000, pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 27th January 2000 and made between Gloucester Investments Limited (1) and Parabadu Legals Limited (2), situated at Third and Fourth Floor Maisonette, 239 High Holborn, London WC1V 7DN, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 9th November 2000.
