NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Anglian Water Services Limited, of Endurance House, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge CB4 9ZR, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 6/33/48/G/122 which authorises the abstraction of water from 3 chalk boreholes at National Grid Ref. TF 8534 0612, TF 8538 0611 and TF 8546 0634 at North Pickenham, Norfolk. The varation being applied for is to increase the annual licensed quantity from 1,227,000 cubic metres per year to 1,874,000 cubic metres per year. The increase would reverse a reduction which took effect from 1st January 2001. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at the address given above and at The Post Office, 2 School Road, Necton, near Swaffham, Norfolk PE37 8HT, between Friday, 19th January 2001 and Friday, 16th February 2001. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE28 4NE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
