THE BARNET (GOLDERS GREEN) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1) (1998, NO. 30) (AMENDMENT NO.   ) ORDER 2001

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make an Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 51 of, and Parts I and III of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order is to allow both resident permit holders and business permit holders to use the existing business permit holder bays in Beechcroft Avenue, London N.W.11. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the council’s statement of reasons for the proposing to make the Order can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) inclusive, for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is dated, at Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, and The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section), on 020-8359 4333. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection to the Traffic Section, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
