Meetings of Creditors

EARTHSTRIP CONSTRUCTION LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 23 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Harrisons, Tower House, Fishergate, York YO10 4UA, on 5th January 2001, at 2 p.m., for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, approving the proposals of the Administrators for achieving the aim of the Administration Order, and also to consider establishing and, if thought fit, to appoint a Creditors’ committee. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting (unless attending in person) must lodge a proxy at Harrisons, Tower House, Fishergate, York YO10 4UA, no later than 12 noon of the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless a proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. A proof must be lodged by submitting a written statement of claim clearly setting out the name and address of the Creditor and amount claimed. D. A.
