Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 1st November 2000 and enrolled in
the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28th November 2000, Michaela Anne Manning, as a
person having parental responsibility on behalf of CAITLIN REESE MANNING, a child
and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned
the surname of Toms and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Manning.
