Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Dains, St. Johns Court, Wiltell Road, Lichfield Road, Staffordshire WS14 9DS, on 25th January 2001, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the Meetings. M. F. P.
