Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Members of the Partnership will be heard at Liverpool County Court, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool L2 1XA, on Tuesday, 16th January 2001, at 12.10 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
