Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Wynne Baxter Godfree, 47 Cornfield Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4QN, on Tuesday, 23rd January 2001, at 12.10 p.m. and 12.20 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and its property disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and the approval of the disposal of the Company’s book and records 12 months after the date of the Meeting. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 47 Cornfield Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4QN, not later than 12 noon on Monday, 22nd January 2001. R. M.
