Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of Trident Aluminium Leisure Limited will be held at the offices of Chantrey Vellacott, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, on Tuesday, 5th December 2000, at 11 a.m, to be followed at 11.15 a.m. on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year, and give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at the offices of Chantrey Vellacott, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4AN, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately preceding the Meetings.
