A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the report of the Liquidator upon the conduct of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
