THE EALING (BUS STOP CLEARWAY) (AMENDMENT NO. 7) TRAFFIC ORDER 2000
THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 94) ORDER 2000
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, hereinafter called the Council, on 20th October 2000, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The effect of the Bus Stop Clearway Order will be to designate bus stop clearways, operative at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this notice. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order will be to further amend the Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 1) Order 1994 so as to impose waiting restrictions, operative at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this notice. Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 1994. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 27th October 2000, of the Orders being amended, of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Parkman Consultancy, Transportation Section, 24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP. Copies of the Orders may be purchased at this address. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Orders, make application for the purpose to the High Court. (b) the north side, from a point 26.8 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Telford Way extending eastward for a distance of 41 metres. Schedule 2 Brunel Road, London W.3 (a) the north-east side, between the north-western kerb-line of Old Oak Common Lane and a point 10.5 metres north-west of that kerb-line; (b) the north side, between a point 8.5 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of the easternmost arm of Telford Way and a point 9 metres west of the western kerb-line of the easternmost arm of Telford Way.
