In the High Court of Justice Companies Court.  No. 2704 of 2000 In the Matter of AMTRAK EXPRESS (CROYDON) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Amtrak Express (Croydon), a Partnership, whose principal place of business is Unit 2, Stirling Way, Beddington Farm Road, Croydon, Surrey CR0 4XN. presented on 28th April 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 3RQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 11th October 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
